Quick Clean QCX-FS Filtration System - Premium

The Quick Clean QCX-FS® Filtration System is highly recommended for any size print shop concerned with keeping darkroom byproducts out of drains and out of the environment.

Filter out darkroom waste byproducts from your water, by placing a Quick Clean QCX-FS® Filtration System under your washout booth. Allowing you to run a greener shop with a cleaner conscience, and avoid any issues with water and drain waste regulations.

As dirty waste water as it comes out of the washout booth, it begins cycling through six stages of filtration. The first stage is a disposable filter mat that catches all of the big gunk. The dirty water then cycles through three washable and reusable mesh screens: 110, 160, and 200. The filtered water then cycles into a pump holding tank where a powerful waste water industrial sump pump is automatically activated when the tank reaches its holding capacity. The pump then cycles the water through a 75 micron and 20 micron filter, the last two stages.

Once the waste water has been through this Six Stage filtering process, you can rest assure the water has been filtered 6 times. Most solids have been removed, and anything left in the water has been reduced to 20 microns, meaning your discharging cleaner filtered water. Maintaining a true eco-friendly screen cleaning process.
